*In the case of diagnostics,repairs and servicing a callout
charge may
be applied subject to distance travelled.
*We do not install LPG gas conversions.The company recommend

the customer MUST inform us of a vehicle fitted and
running on LPG
prior to the instruction of any diagnostic,repairs or servicing
work.
For smaller items of multiple purchase postage and packaging
will be
calculated as reasonably as possible taking into account
amount and size of order.
Postage, in some cases, is not stated on every item and should
be
thoroughly checked before payment is made or with the company
prior to placing an order.
Payment must be made prior to order being
dispatched.
Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt of
cleared funds.
Item(s) that are not in stock may have to be ordered - the
company
will advise as necessary prior to order confirmation.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we
will
contact you by e-mail/telephone with an estimated dispatch
date
and offer you the option of canceling the order.
Payment by Paypal is preferred.
The company will accept cash payments, however for
customer security,
these must be sent by recorded delivery.
The company are not responsible for cash payments lost in
transit.

In the unlikely event of an incorrect or faulty item being sent
please contact us
straight away and we will do our best to resolve any
problems.
Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer,
the company are not responsible for any losses
incurred.
If faulty manufacture is found not to be the cause no refund(s)
will be made.
When taking delivery of item or items please check that the
order
is correct and that nothing is missing or damaged.
The company must be notified as soon as possible,
no later than 12 Midday the day after delivery, if there
is a problem.
If incorrect items have been ordered and are no longer required
the company must be notified, in writing,
no longer than 7 days after being in receipt of goods.
